<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Za biskvit, na pari otopite čokoladu i održite je mlakom. Kalupu veličine 20x36 cm dno obložite masnim papirom. Pećnicu zagrijte na 175°C. Prosijate brašno i prašak za pecivo pa pomiješajte s mljevenim bademom i grubo rezanim lješnjacima. Stucite maslac i šećer pa utucite mlaku čokoladu, žumanjak po žumanjak, sok i ribanu koricu naranče. Naizmjenice umiješajte (ne mikserom) smjesu brašna i snijeg bjelanjka. Tijestom napunite kalup i pecite 30-35 min. Pečeni biskvit nakon 10 min izvadite iz kalupa i hladite 3-4 sata. Zatim biskvit prerežite na dva lista. Listove premažite sokom 1 naranče.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">(Dan ranije sir stavite u cijedilo i odložite u hladnjak) Želatinu namočite u hladnu vodu. Izmiješajte sir, sol, vanilija šećer i ribanu koricu limuna. Zagrijte sok ½ limuna i otopite ocijeđenu želatinu, dodajte 1 žlicu kreme od sira pa smjesu umiješajte u kremu od sira. Slatko vrhnje stucite u šlag i žlicom umiješajte u kremu sira. S 5 žlica kreme napunite vrećicu za ukrašavanje. Kremu odložite u hladnjak.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Za drugu kremu: Zakuhajte vrhnje mileram (ne smije kuhati) umiješajte usitnjenu čokoladu i odložite na hladno mjesto. Želatinu namočite u hladnu vodu. Prah pudinga otopite s par žlica mlijeka, ostatak mlijeka i šećer zakuhajte, umiješajte otopljeni puding i kuhajte 1-2 min, ocijedite želatinu i umiješajte u puding pa ohladite. Čokoladu dobro izmiješajte mikserom pa utucite žlicu po žlicu hladne kreme, liker i ribanu koricu naranče. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Zagrijte liker i med. List biskvita stavite u čisti kalup, premažite s ½ premaza od meda. Zatim premažite s ½ kreme od sira pa premažite čokoladnom kremom potom ostatkom kreme od sira. Položite na kremu drugi list biskvita, premažite i premažite ostatkom premaza od meda. Kolač odložite u hladnjak 4 sata.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Kolač izvadite iz hladnjaka. Zakuhajte slatko vrhnje i maslac, umiješajte usitnjenu čokoladu, izmiješajte i prelite glazuru po kolaču. Čim se glazura stvrdnula, označite ploške, istisnite ružice šlaga i ukrasite ih crno-bijelim mrvicama. Sutradan izrežite kolač toplim nožem na ploške/Kruna.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Kora: Belanca umutiti u čvrsto šne. U drugoj činiji umutiti žumanca sa šećerom pa dodati pavlaku, ulje, brašno, prašak za pecivo, orahe i rum. To sve dobro umutiti mikserom a lagano sa varjačom umešati belanca. Koru peći na pek papiru u četvrtastoj tepsiji na 190 stepeni oko 20 minuta. Ohlađenu koru iseći na tri dela.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Fil: mleko staviti da vri zatim u mleko ukuvati puding od jagode koji smo prethodno razmutili sa 8 kašika mleka i sećerom. Ohladiti fil pa u njega dodati umuceni margarin u koji smo dodali šećer u prahu i ekstrajkt od jagode. Fil treba da bude vrlo penast. Zatim dodati šumsko voće ili nekog drugog po ukusu.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Od kilogram šećera uzeti tri fildžana šećera i staviti u šerpu (najbolje bi bilo uzeti kakvu dobru šerpu sa debelim dnom) pa na električnu i pojačati na najveću temperaturu.Kašikom (najbolje drvenom) miješati dok se šećer ne istopi i ne postane karamelizovan.Zatim u to sipati mlijeko i miješati,ali pazite da se ne opečete.Dok se karamelizovani šećer istopi odma sipajte ostatak šećera i miješajte dok ne počne da ključa,kad počne da ključa i dalje miješajte ali od trenutka ključana računajte da kroz pet minuta ključanja skinete šećer,samo mora vam proći pet minuta da bi vam šećer bio mekši.Kada skinete šećer sa ringle nastavite mijesiti još jedno petnestak minuta,sve zavisi od brzine miješanja,pred samo istresanje šećera uspite orahe isjeckane i još malo mijesite.Ako se pitate kako će te znati da li je šećer gotov,jednostavno gledajte stranice šerpe,ako se počelo hvatati po stranicama odma ga izlijte inače teže je izliti ako ga previše ohladite miješajući.Tepsiju u koju ce te istresti šećer malo polijte vodom i izlijte vodu i zatim odma istresite pečeni šećer.Kad se malo ohladi šećer isjecite ga po želji na kocke.UZ kafu i mlijeko nema bolje slastice,vjerujte :</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Za koru dobro umutiti jaja i šećer,dodati prašak za pecivo,kakao i vodu i to umutiti,pa brašno dodati.Kora se peče u manjoj tepsijici,obloženoj papirom.Pecite na 200 stepeni nekih petnest do dvadeset minuta, gledajte sa čačkalicom da li vam je pečeno,ako šta ostane na čačkalici onda nije pečeno a ako ne ostane onda je pečen kolač tj.kora.Kora kada se ohladi presijecite na pola da dobijete dvije kore,zato najbolje je peci u okrugloj tepsijici ili kalupu.Za fil izmutite jaja i šećer.Ja u mikrovalnu stavim čokoladu mlijeko i margarin isječen i tako otopim,ali ne istopim skroz margarin,ali čokolada se mora istopiti i tako istresem tu otopljenu čokoladu,mlijeko i margarin u jaja i jos dobro izmutim.i sa tim filom filujem koru i isto premažem tortu jer bude dosta fila i jos ukrasim malo mrvicama i rendanom čokoadom.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Jaja dobro umutiti sa šećerom i vanil šećerom,da bude kao šlag,treba oko pola sata mutiti sa mikserom,kada se umuti dodati brašno i kašikom lagano umiješati,tepsiju pouljiti i posuti malo brašnom.Kolač se peče jedno sat ipo na 150 stepeni.Agdu spremiti tako sto prokuhamo vodu sa šecerom,da kuha jedno pet minuta i tom agdom zaliti kolač,ali prije toga kolač isjeći na kocke i lagano zaljevati.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Jaja ručno mutiti ali da ne zapjene,dodati so,šećer,ulja malo, pa mlijeko.Zatim i brašno dodati,napraviti gustu smjesu,pa doljevati vodom sve dok ne postane baš tečno,ali malo po malo doljevati vodu,ja dodam dvije do tri čaše vode. ali ne od jednom.Vidjet ce te na slikama i to kada umutite ostavite jedno pola sata da malo stane.zatim tavu za palačinke namastite malo uljem pa višak ulja obrišete kuhinjskim papirom i poslije kada god stavljate novu palačinku uvijek prije samo tim papirom što ste prvi put obrisali ulje sa tave uvijek obrišite tj namažite njime tavu.kad god hocete da stavite u tavu ovu smjesu za palačinke uvijek prvo promiješajte smjesu i ako bi bila pogusta malo vode donalijte.Filujte palačinke čime vi želite,đem krem namaz..</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">U šerpicu stavite 4 supene kašike fruktoze i 4 kašike dekstroze sa 1 kašikom vode i stavite na tihu vatru samo da se rastopi ( ne sme da provri).</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">U vanglu sipajte oko 700 gr prah šećera. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Kad se šećer rastopi, sklonite sa ringle , dodajte nabubreli želatin i 3 kašike apotekarskog glicerina, malo promešajte da nema grudvica i sipajte u vanglu sa prah šećerom. Mesite uz dodavanje još 400 gr prah šećera ( sve ukupno ode 1 kg prah šećera, možda će biti lepljiv fondan ali nemojte dodavati više). </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Kad umesite, stavite u najlon kesu u frižider na 30 minuta. Nakon toga spreman je za upotrebu.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ovako pripremljen fondan može da stoji u frižideru zatvoren u kesi i do 6 meseci. Ako se suviše stvrden, 3-4 sekunde u mikrotalasnoj su dovoljne da opet bude kao tek pripremljen.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ako koristite bolje u prahu obavezno kapnite koju kap vode preko praha pa umešajte.Ja čak i figurice i sav fondan lepim vodom, a ne nekim lepkom za fondan koji kao preporučuju i prodaju.Sa ovim fondanom prvi puta radim,ova količina je meni bila dovoljna za jednu veliku tortu i jos mi je ostalo za jednu tortu.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Izmutiti dobro 6 bjelanjaka i 10 kašika šećera,da bude čvrsto kao šlag zatim dodati brašno,pecivo prezlu i orahe,u tepsiju staviti papir za pečenje i malo ga nauljiti zatim izliti masu za koru i peći 20 minuta na slaboj vatri.Tako isto i drugu koru ispeći.Koru ll pravimo tako što dobro umutimo 8 bjelanjaka i 20 kašika šećera,kada se dobro umuti dodati kašikicu ocata i jos malo umutiti,zatim istresti u pleh sa papirom i peći u već zagrijanoj peci na 250 stepeni,čim stavimo pleh u peć smanjimo temperaturu na 200 stepeni i tako pečemo 20 minuta,zatim smanjimo na 150 stepeni i pečemo tri sata,tj.ukupno 3 sata,za vrijeme pečenja rerna nesmije se otvarati,ova kora se nesmije naglo hladiti i naglo mijenjati temperaturu.Krema se pravi tako što 1.5 l mlijeka i 12 kašika šećera stavimo da prokuha,a ovamo mutimo jaja 12 kašika šećera,ja pudinge sam razmutila sa tri fildžana mlijeka pa istresla u jaja i šećer.Kad mlijeko počne da kuha izlijem iznucena jaja i puding i mijesam dok se ne zgusne,zatim skinemo sa vatre.Najbolje bi vam bilo da koristite veliku šerpu,ja sam od pet ili šest litara šerpu uzela i u njoj prokuhala mlijeko i ovaj puding napravila.Zatim sam u vreo puding isjekla margarine i dobro umjesila,pa sam podijelila kremu na dva dijela,u jedan stavila bijelu čokoladu(izrendala u vrucu kremu) a u drugi crnu(izrendala),još sam propržila i šaku lješnjaka i samljela sa šakom oraha i dodala u crnu kremu,Još sam umutila i slatko vrhnje,zatim sam filovala tortu.Redala sam prvo kora sa orasima pa žuta krema pa slatka pavlaka,druga kora od bjelanjaka,crna krema,slatko vrhnje,treća kora sa orasima pa sam premazala tortu sa kremom od crne čokolade,zatim sam je obložila <a href="http://magicnirecepti.blogspot.com/2014/03/recept-za-fondan.html" target="_blank">fondanom</a> jer je bila za dječiji rođendan.</span><br />

Ostaviti 1 želatin sa 50 ml vode da nabubri. Kad se voće dobro ukuvalo rastopiti želatin na tihoj vatri ( ne sme da provri, samo koliko se rastopi) i lagano varnjačom umešati u voće. Ohladiti.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Otopiti 180 gr margarina, dodati 5 kašika mleka i 300 gr mlevenog keksa, umutiti mikserom. Masa je više rastresita ali rukama utisnuti u kalup veličine 26 cm. Ostaviti u frižideru da se hladi do spremate beli deo.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Jedan želatin ostaviti sa 50 ml vode da nabubri 10 minuta.Umutiti 1/2 L slatke pavlake, dodati 3 vanile, 200 gr prah šećera, 1 kremfix i 450 gr ELLA sira. Nabubreli želatin rastopiti na tihoj vatri pa dodati u belu masu i dobro umutiti mikserom da se lepo sjedini. Rasporediti preko kore od keksa , ali skroz do ivica kalupa ( da se ne bi kasnije napravile rupice). Preko rasporediti skuvano i ohlađeno voće pa ostaviti preko noći u frižideru. Nožem proći oko ivica kalupa pa odvojiti kalup od torte.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Izmutiti jaja sa šećerom u prahu i vanilom,dodati kajmak pa sve dobro izmjesiti,zatim dodati ulje,kakao ,pecivo i brašno i opet sve dobro izmjesiti.Lješnjake malo propržiti u tavi bez ulja na slabijoj temp,pa ih isjeckati.Ja sam koristila pola čaše lješnjaka,a pola oraha,( mogu i sami orasi) tako da sam dobila idealnu kombinaciju,još kad se to pomiješa sa nutelom nema promašaja.Znači sve sastojke sjediniti,orahe i lješnjake dodati u smjesu pa sve to izliti u manju tepsiju ili kalup obložen pek papirom i peci 50 min na 150 stepeni.Ne brinite se ako vam je gusta smjesa samo je kašikom rastanjite u tepsiji.Vruć kolač premažite nutelom.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ja sam htjela da napravim nesto poput Becke torte pa sam po svom radila jer nisam imala pravi recept. Ide 5 jaja, 150 gr secera,razdvoje se jaja i pola secera ubacis u zumance i mutis mikserom dol se ne istopi a pola u bjelance i mutis dok ne bude pjenasto. U zumance se doda 8 kasika ulja i 30gr kakaa ponovo mjesati da se sjedini. Sastaviti poslije zumance s bjelancem i umjesati kasikom,al u jednom smjeru dodati 100 gr brasna i pzp,umjesiti i peci 30 min na 180° Poslije izvaditi iz kalupa presjeci na 2 jednaka dijela, u zdjeli staviti 300 gr marmelade i 100ml vode dobro izmuckati da se marmelada istopi politi donju koru i samo malo gornju za odprilike 5 kasika.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Staviti kore jednu na drugu i politi s 300 gr cokolade istopljene s 3 kasike ulja. I ukrasiti s vocem kakvu smo marmeladu koristili.</span><br />
